Beginning this year, quarterly interim reports will not be distributed to every student, unless requested by a parent/guardian. To request a printed copy of your child's interim report, print this form and return it to Lakeshore. Interims will only be printed for those students who return a signed request form.

The Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance will be providing virtual office hours during the month of October to assist students and parents with FAFSA completion. The office hours will take place from 5- 7 pm on the following dates:
Tuesday, October 18
Wednesday, October 19
Wednesday, October 26
Monday, October 31
Users will visit the LOSFA website (www.osfa.la.gov) on those selected dates and will then be able to utilize the chat option.
